All guests Booking Through Lifty Life Agree to These Terms.

By booking a reservation directly through our website, you (“guest,” “you,” “your”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all reservations made directly with Lifty Life Hospitality Ltd. Please review them carefully, as they form a binding agreement between you and us.


1. Reservations and Guest Registration

  • All guests booking directly must complete registration through our secure guest portal.
  • During registration, guests must provide their legal name, residential address, and valid government-issued identification.
  • Reservations are not considered confirmed until registration and full payment are completed.

2. Payment and Processing

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring that payment is processed successfully at the time of booking.
  • Any issues with payment processing must be resolved by the guest immediately.
  • Failure to resolve payment issues may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation by Lifty Life Hospitality Ltd., without liability to the guest.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced and clearly displayed on each property’s booking page.
  • By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the applicable cancellation terms for their property.

4. House Rules

The following rules apply to all properties under Lifty Life management:

  • No parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind.
  • No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal drugs inside or on the property.
  • No additional overnight guests beyond those identified at the time of booking.
  • All guests must comply with local bylaws, building rules, and community standards during their stay.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and potential additional charges for damages, cleaning, or fines.


5. Host Cancellations

  • While we strive never to cancel a confirmed reservation, Lifty Life reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time, for any reason.
  • In such cases, guests will receive a full refund of any amounts paid, and Lifty Life will not be liable for any additional costs, damages, or losses incurred.

6. Guest Responsibilities During Stay

  • Guests are required to maintain the property in good condition and report any issues, damages, or concerns immediately and prior to departure.
  • Failure to report issues during the stay may result in the forfeiture of the guest’s ability to claim compensation or dispute charges after checkout.

7. Liability and Indemnification

  • Guests assume all risk of injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during their stay.
  • Lifty Life Hospitality Ltd. is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or loss of personal belongings.
  • By booking, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifty Life Hospitality Ltd., its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of their stay or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination of Stay

  • Lifty Life Hospitality Ltd. reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without refund if these Terms are violated, or if guest behavior is deemed unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.


10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
