The Property
Located in the heart of Big White, The Lifty and The Dorm are two adjoining studio suites designed to offer guests flexibility and comfort; whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with a larger group. Together, they create a unique dual-suite experience: book one for a cozy getaway, or open the adjoining door to combine them into one larger retreat.
The Challenge.
The space was dated, filled with low-quality furniture, and completely lacking any sense of design or personality. It simply didn’t reflect the vibrant, energetic atmosphere that our Big White guests are looking for.
On top of that, the property had been poorly managed and maintained, with a long list of deferred maintenance issues. From worn-out fixtures to inconsistent lighting and tired paint, nearly every corner needed attention.
