Yes, we do require homeowners to sign a contract outlining our responsibilities and yours. However, we strive to keep it simple. You’re not locked into the contract indefinitely – if you decide to cancel or pause our services, simply provide us with written notice (e.g., an email). We require a 30-day notice period to ensure a smooth transition.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer guarantees due to the complex nature of running a business and the various external factors that can impact performance. However, we commit to working closely with you every step of the way to maximize the likelihood of achieving desired results. Ultimately, the question boils down to whether you believe someone with real experience managing your pricing 365 days a year could improve it by 5% – if so, our services are effectively free.

It’s simple. You add us to your property as a “co-host” and provide us with the necessary access to manage pricing. This grants us access to past revenue data, enabling us to make improvements while keeping it hands-off for you as the host.

Under the 5% plan, we focus solely on managing your revenue.
