Stunning photos are key to marketing on Airbnb & VRBO which is why we partner with the best local photographers. We capture a catalogue of property, building, and location shots. We ensure best in market photos.

Guest Service

Bookings, Screening, Guest Care, Follow Up, & Reviews

Caring for guests is a 24/7 job. Lifty Life takes on the responsibility of fielding inquires, screening guests, and booking reservations. We manage check-in and checkout, respond to guest needs, and resolve issues when and if they arise (we implement preventive measures to reduce these issues).

After guest stays we follow up, gain feedback, and have them review their stay. Assuming they loved the stay we keep in touch and suggest they rebook directly next year.

Revenue Management

Forecasting, Dynamic Pricing, & Reporting

Lifty life uses best-in-industry tools, Beyond Pricing and AirDNA, as well as revenue management expertise to adjust rates daily, conduct competitor analysis, and market research.

Our resources allow us to provide 12 month forecasts that predict revenue, occupancy, and nightly rates based on comparable units. In addition to forecasting we provide detailed monthly reports that breakdown reservations, costs, and earnings.
