Top 10 | Fort Langley Places To Eat | Foodie Guide

Nothing beats hometown eating. If I’m not heading to my moms house for dinner I’ll be visiting my favourite Fort Langley restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Fort Langley has a truly amazing culinary scene. Full of quaint eateries sourced with local ingredients, supplying local beer & wine, Fort Langley provides the small town feel that you’d expect when visiting.

Any or all of these Fort Langley places to eat & drink make for a great visit to the village. Fort Langley has no shortage of amazing restaurants and coffee shops. I encourage you to try everything in town and come back during the Cranberry and Food Truck Festivals for even more foodie surprises!

Little Donkey | Beer & Burritos

Little Donkey is a charming Mexican restaurant serving fusion style burritos and made-in-house margaritas! Little Donkeys garage style window on Mavis Avenue blends their interior and patio spaces with the hustle and bustle of the village stroll. Step inside this nook and enjoy a blend of local ingredients and Mexican inspiration.

Wendel’s | Bookstore & Cafe

Wendel’s is a staple of the community and a must for any visitor to Fort Langley. Head into Wendel’s corner bookstore on Glover and Mavis and peruse through the books. While there you’ll be amazed by the bustling kitchen and café. Wendel’s serves amazing espressos and masterpiece entrees.

Beatniks Bistro | Contemporary Eats

Beatniks Bistro has the best patio in town and that’s saying a lot. This converted character home is a perfect brunch spot serving some of my favourite eggs benny, anywhere. If you’re here in the evening you’ll probably be lucky enough to catch live music playing next to you on the outdoor patio.

Fort Pub & Grill | Pub Fare

The locals hangout is undeniably the legendary Fort Pub. North of the train tracks in the Bedford region of town is this long standing local pub. The wrap around patio has some of the best seats in town but the interior has the true pub feel. Fort Pub has the largest selection of beer in town and some truly great pub food classics.

Trading Post Brewing | Taphouse & Eatery

Trading Post is a brilliant neighbourhood craft brewery that’s popularity has skyrocketed in the Fraser Valley beer scene. Like so many Fort Langley eateries, the patio is top rated. A vibrant red awning covers the back patio making a perfect summer spot to sip a Cranberry Tart Ale (nod to Fort Langley’s cranberry love) and enjoy an unreal burger.

Veggie Bob’s | Vegetarian & Vegan Dishes

For vegetarian options you’ll be pleased to find them everywhere in town but no where better than Veggie Bob’s. The chill and retro interior is accented by a quirky menu that’s to die for. With a Mexican focus, Veggie Bob’s provides amazing vegetation and vegan dishes and great prices!

Blacksmith | Bakery & Pizzeria

The Blacksmith bakery stands out in a community of stellar cafés. Known for its artisan bakery, the smells waft through the café and spill onto the corner of Mavis and Church enticing customers to come inside. Blacksmith also has a wide range of amazing made-in-house pizza options.

Vy’s Pho | Vietnamese Restaurant

If you’re looking for something different you’ll be pleasantly surprised with Fort Langley’s authentic Vietnamese restaurant, Vy’s Pho. Vy’s has a wide menu of Vietnamese cuisine including subs and pho as well as a caring small business customer service. The broth is phenomenal and quickly warms any belly that ventures inside.

The Bench | Wine Bar

The Bench Wine Bar is one of Fort Langley’s newest restaurants but is already standing out in town. Langley is no stranger to amazing wine making The Bench a welcome additional to the wine and restaurant community. Did I mention waffles?! Bench offers a unique addition to Fort Langley’s brunch rush with mouth watering artisan waffles.

Sabà | Cafe & Bistro

Family run Sabà has a distinctly European atmosphere, perfect for Fort Langley. When you open the menu you’ll notice the inspiration of chef Simones global past. Sabà in Fort Langley fashion has a great brunch and dinner menu along with being a coffee lovers dream. You’ll find Sabà tucked away on the far end of Mavis Avenue.
